Hussein Amad is a co-founder of Yorkville Asset Management Inc., an investment boutique offering portfolio management and advisory services to institutions, mutual funds, foundations and high net worth individuals, and serves as President and CEO. Hussein brings over 20 years of investment and banking experience in senior positions at major Canadian and international banks.

Prior to joining Yorkville, Hussein was the Chief Investment Strategist and member of the Board of Directors at UBS Investment Management Inc. Hussein has also served as National Director of the Institutional Portfolio Group at Scotia Cassels Investment Counsel, a subsidiary of Scotiabank. Hussein is an award winning instructor at the University of Toronto where he lectures in the area of Enterprise Risk Management.

Ralph was a Senior Manager – Tax at Deloitte, focusing on private client initiatives including succession planning and corporate structuring. From there he has held CFO positions at a private merchant bank, structuring acquisitions and corporate planning, as well as crafting growth and succession strategies for a family run business. Ralph is a tax specialist, completing the in-depth tax program from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants CICA and has assisted the institute with its tax program as a facilitator for the self study and in-residence program.

Ralph is currently an instructor at the University of Toronto’s School of Continuing Studies in the area of credit and market risk management. Ralph has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council Compensation Fund, and as Chair of the Investment Committee which rolled out a new investment strategy for the trust funds. Ralph also serves as a contracted advisor to young entrepreneurial companies undertaking strategic growth initiatives, focusing on risk mitigation, financial reporting and expansion planning.

Mr. Winston Ling serves as Vice President of Finance and Administration at Tyndale College & Seminary. Mr. Ling served as Chief Internal Auditor for RBC Security (formerly Dominion Securities Corporation) before joining Crown Life Insurance Company as Vice President. While at Crown he also served as Executive Vice President, Extendicare Inc. (formerly Crownx).

Mr. Ling served as a Director of CompCorp since 2001. Mr. Ling earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto in 1965. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of Society of Financial Analysts. He is active as a volunteer in a number of organizations including the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute.

Rick is a senior facilitator within Eagle’s Flight primarily working with executive level clients focusing on Leadership development. In his role as Executive Vice- President, Leadership, he is also responsible for developing and expanding Eagle’s Flight’s market share in the Leadership sector. Rick brings a wide range of high-level experience to Eagle’s Flight™ including business ownership, executive leadership in both private and public companies and Board of Director positions in both profit and non-profit organizations. His extensive track record spans over 33 years across several industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, computer, venture capital, advertising, and education. Rick has led organizations as small as 4 and as large as 5,000.
